The speaker claims that those in power, in fields such as business, politics, education and government, should step down after five years because the surest path to success for any enterprise is revitalization through new leadership. Well, it would be necessary to have changes in politics and government in permanent terms, but for business and education, it would be better to have professional and experienced leaders in reign, because revitalization through new leadership would not always works.

It would be beneficial not just for the mass but also for the politicians to have those in power in public service to step down in five years. 官员在位久了，非常容易经不住财团的诱惑而滋生腐败及利益的结盟，甚至形成集体腐败，很有负于人民的寄托，有些官员，甚至形成自己的小团体，滋生出阴谋来愚弄人民，违背宪法，损害人民的自由与利益，而自己的前途、声望也就这么毁了。

我的思路：

基本同意观点，从五年入手，认为各领域最佳任期时间不同。

Thesis Sentence: When an enterprise in highly controlled by its leader, the characteristics of its lead show significant influence on the performance of this enterprise. Even though everyone hopes to meet wise leader, inevitably sometimes people are not lucky enough. Good leaders could guide the whole enterprise to right direction, while incompetent leaders could not. To lower the risk caused by leaders, one possible solution is revitalization through new leadership, meaning keep changing leaders regularly, which could be applied in any field. Optimal lengths of tenure, however, are different according to different areas, and should be flexible based on past performances of leaders in this enterprise.

TS1: In politics, leader iteration is an effective way to release problems like corruption, but as for good leaders whose past performances are excellent, their tenures should be longer, and it is necessary to set a committee council to evaluate the performance of politics.

TS2: In business, even though iteration management may cause principal-agent problem, it is a good way to avoid fatal crisis caused by unwise managers. And in business, iteration should be regularly for equal competitive atmosphere.

TS3: In education where past knowledge is important for future study, position iteration is also important but tenure of leaders should be relatively longer.

原思路的问题和感悟：
只讨论了claim，没有讨论reason，claim和reason应当作为整体考虑。

讨论结果：
整体考虑reason和claim，分领域讨论，分成business\ education\politics三类
在business\education领域，不赞同原观点（从下至上的不赞同）; politics 基本赞同观点但讨论合适的任期长短的问题。
（1）在business中，首先reason就不赞同，企业成功最重要的因素未必是领导人更迭，也可能是领导人手上的资源人脉最为重要，这种情况下，频繁更换领导人显然是不对的，而应该让有资源、人脉的领导人在位。
（2）在education中，首先reason就不赞同，教育机构成功有时候network也重要，频繁更换领导人不适合建立稳定的network。情况与business类似，这种符合要求的领导人可遇不可求，有能力的领导人不应该step down。
（3）在politics中，领导人的更迭很重要，因为长期在位会导腐败和寻租行为，但是最佳任期是否五年值得讨论，应该基于当地情况。

哦，也是啊，有些题，可以这样整体考虑reason和claim，应用到三个段落中，这样子每个ts也更有说服力~
