问一个MY GRE的问题

一点查准考证，就让我输入多余信息，输了以后总会出现如下的东西：

怎么也查不到准考证。。
急啊。有人遇到这个情况没，咋个解决的啊
如果是注册信息填错了，在哪儿地方可以改呢？比如说姓跟名写反的情况怎么更改呢？我没写错哈，只是举个例子。
以前的注册信息在哪儿看呢
